Casey E. Herm represents individuals, businesses, and governmental entities at the trial level in the state and federal courts of South Carolina. Casey’s practice includes the defense of businesses and employees in employment matters and state agencies, municipalities, and governmental employees in tort and federal civil rights litigation. Originally from Pennsylvania, Casey attended Temple University where she earned her Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Business Law. Prior to attending law school, Casey worked as a Human Resources Manager at a mid-sized healthcare company. Casey then attended Charleston School of Law, where she was the Vice President of Media Relations for the Trial Advocacy Board and a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. Casey began as a law clerk at Chandler & Dudgeon in May of 2023.
