Mandi Dudgeon has an active litigation practice in both federal and state courts. She regularly assists businesses, professionals, and insurance companies with a wide range of litigation matters, including professional liability defense, business disputes, construction defect litigation, governmental liability, director and officer claims, general liability, and media liability. Mandi has resolved numerous pre-litigation disputes, tried cases to verdict, and participated in hundreds of depositions and mediations. Mandi was previously a partner at a regional law firm where she practiced primarily in the areas of professional liability and construction defect. Mandi has been included in the South Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Stars list as one of the best young lawyers in professional negligence defense matters and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
